My Story

I have been qualified for nearly 8 years , previously working in the NHS and now working privately across London and Surrey. Whilst working in the NHS, i got redeployed to the COVID wards to help give physio to people with covid. I had to stop my normal physio outpatient role and this is when i started ‘physiofithollie’. I wanted to still give people simple and effective physio tips from home. Fast forward 4 years, physiofithollie has now grown and i continue my mission to help people get back to achieve their goals as quick as possible. Specialisms include running related injuries, post operations, sports rehab and injury rehab.I am also trained in pilates, massage, taping and acupuncture.

If you aren’t local, then online physio is the best option. We carry these out via zoom.
